Kickboxing relatively is a modern Material Arts System, syllabus of which was derived by comibining several fighting techniques from a variety of more traditional disciplines, including Kung-Fu, Karate,Thai boxing and Taekwondo.
There are numerous health benefits derived from learning Kickboxing, which extend into many aspects of everyday life.

Kickboxing Association Jammu & Kashmir (KAJK)
Kickboxing Association Jammu & Kashmir (KAJK) is the sole governing body in UT of Jammu & Kashmir to control and develop Kickboxing sport and the member of Wako India Kickboxing Federation (WAKO INDIA) recognized by ‘World Federation – World Association of Kickboxing Organizations (WAKO IF)’.
Kickboxing Association Jammu & Kashmir was established in 2012 & led by Mr Abhishek Jain is the only JK UT Kickboxing Association being an only member and fully recognized by WAKO INDIA. He is the Founder and General Secretary of KAJK and National Treasurer & Board Member of WAKO INDIA.
The Kickboxing Association Jammu & Kashmir has been registered under Society Act 1998 No. 1229-S Dt. 7/09/2019 and the area of operation is all over the Union Territory of Jammu & Kashmir. It is also recognised by J&K Olympic Association and has been granted ISO 9001/2015. Its works under the guidelines of WAKO INDIA.
This association is well supported by Mr Santosh Agrawal, President of WAKO India. Under his able leadership Nowadays kickboxing becoming one of the most popular Martial Art games among the youth of Jammu & Kashmir & across India.
