A brief on KICKBOXING
Kickboxing relatively is a modern Material Arts System, syllabus ofwhich was derived by comibining several fighting techniques from a variety of more traditional disciplines, including Kung-Fu, Karate,Thai boxing and Taekwondo. There are numerous health benefits derived from learning Kickboxing, which extend into many aspects of every day life. It can be practiced on competitive or recreational level depending on the aspirations of the Kickboxer, but for sure, it is a sport designed to improve your overall health, strength and endurance.
Kickboxing is further classified into two catagories, namely ‘Ring Sport’ and ‘Tatami Sport’. These two catagories have three and four disciplines and they are mentioned below:-
